Services
Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority and that means prompt, courteous service.
The shop crew at Tulsa Trailer can inspect and work on any type of semi-tractor trailer, van, cargo tank, and flat bed. We are fully equipped at our Tulsa facility or our mobile service team can come to you.
Communication is key in how we treat our customers. If we find unexpected trouble with a truck, or trailer, you’ll hear from us right away. We review our work with the customer – whether it be the driver, owner, or maintenance director. Once the job is done, you’ll immediately receive preventative maintenance (PM) paperwork, USDOT write-ups when necessary, and an invoice within days. If you have any questions, we look forward to answering them.
Below you will find an example of the equipment the shop crew works on and the type of work we do. If you have any questions about your equipment, or repair needs, contact Tulsa Trailer anytime: (918) 447-2107.
